The Musketeers, é a nova versão para as telinhas da clássica história criada pelo escritor Alexandre Dumas, desenvolvida para BBC1. Escrita por Adrian Hodges, a série segue as aventuras dos Mosqueteiros, um grupo de soldados de elite da Paris do século XVII. D’Artagnan (Luke Pasqualino, de Skins e The Borgias), Athos (Tom Burke, de The Hour e Great Expectations), Aramis (Santiago Cabrera, de Merlin e Heroes) e Porthos (Howard Charles) lutam pela justiça e são heróis no sentido mais verdadeiro e duradouro, daqueles que as pessoas podem confiar e acreditar que sempre farão o certo, independente do risco pessoal.

Dartacão é um menino impetuoso e inocente que vai para Paris para realizar o seu sonho de ser Moscãoteiro. Aí encontrará um amigo fiel, o rato Pom; juntar-se-á aos famosos Moscãoteiros (Dogos, Mordos e Arãomis); apaixonar-se-á por Juliette; terá alucinações com Milady, a famosa gata espiã; e enfrentará o perverso Cardeal Richeleão.

Passados 10 anos, Dartacão está casado com Julieta e têm 2 filhos, Canin e Flor. Dartacão e os seus amigos continuam a defender o Rei das investidas do Cardeal Richelião. Mas vão aparecer novos inimigos, entre os quais, Blancbec o irmão gémeo do Rei que irá fazer-se passar pelo seu irmão.

Young Blades is an historical fantasy television series that aired on PAX from January to June 2005, lasting only thirteen episodes before cancellation. Set in 17th century France, it followed the adventures of four Musketeers:

⁕d'Artagnan, son of the legendary d'Artagnan in Alexandre Dumas, père's novel The Three Musketeers.

⁕Jacqueline, alias Jacques, a woman disguised as a man while on the run for murder.

⁕Siroc, an inventor.

⁕Ramon, a poet.

Other main characters include the Musketeers' leader, Captain Duval; Queen Anne; Cardinal Mazarin; and a fifteen-year-old Louis XIV. The latter three characters are based on historical figures.

The musketeers battle against the all-powerful Cardinal Richelieu and the treacherous Milady.

All 16 episodes of the 1967 series based on the Alexandre Dumas novel 'Twenty Years After'. “The Further Adventures of the Musketeers” was a BBC drama series, based on Alexander Dumas' "Twenty Years After." The sixteen episodes were broadcast on BBC1, at 5:25 pm on Sundays. Michael Gothard is credited for appearances in ten of the sixteen episodes, and very briefly appears in another. He plays Mordaunt, formerly John Francis de Winter, the vengeful son of Milady de Winter. Milady was executed by the Musketeers in the previous series, "The Three Musketeers." This series, which features many stalwarts of British entertainment, had lain in the BBC archives for nearly 50 years, unseen by the public, but in May 2016 it was finally released on DVD by Simply Media.

Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey is a Hanna-Barbera animated television series that premiered September 16, 1964. It was presented as a segment of The Peter Potamus Show, along with Breezly and Sneezly and Peter Potamus.

When the bride-to-be of King Louis XIV is kidnapped, the sons of the original three musketeers rally to rescue her. Much to their surprise, a fourth musketeer joins the fray. And this brilliant swordsman—the most gifted of the lot—turns out to be D'Artagnan's daughter.
