I don't know anything about this film, but just now, after reading your post, took a look at its TMDb Overview page. I have my personal settings as being for US English, as well as for my being in a US time zone. With those settings, 2012 shows, for me, as being the release year.
If you have your personal settings set to a country that didn't release this till 2013, that no doubt is why you show 2013.
By any chance are you in France? I see that this is listed, on the Release Information page, as having had a 2013 release in France.
You see now 2012 because I modified all entry except jap to TV.
Before the usa release was signed as premiere wich is not correct.
The movie is released prior in japan on tv then in othe country as dvd/bluray or in theater...
the problem is themoviedb condition gaving priority to theater release even if is aired on tv before that date..
