I thin that's because the release date is too far away! If the date is correct, you will have to wait a few more days. If it's not, you're welcomed to correct it / add a new one.

It was released in both American and Indian theaters on February 17, 2017. Thanks, I changed the release date, which allows ratings. I added the same date in USA theaters and changed the language to Hindi. It had English subtitles in USA.
