齐盈（胡慧中 饰）从小就爱唱歌，拥有一副甜美动人的嗓音。她的恋人王恕（周绍栋 饰）将成为一名教师当做是毕生的志愿，因而前往山区支教，却在一场意外中不幸丧生。得知了爱人的死讯，齐盈陷入了悲伤和痛苦之中无法自拔。

　　齐盈常常会在歌厅献唱，青年企业家黄执中（张国柱 饰）是她的忠实歌迷，随着时间的推移，黄执中渐渐爱上了善良温柔的齐盈。在黄执中的陪伴下，齐盈渐渐走出了往事的阴影，重新找回了笑容，然而，就在这个节骨眼上，齐盈发现自己腹中竟然怀有王恕的骨肉。黄执中希望齐盈能够流产，但齐盈却旨意要生下这仿佛命中注定属于她的孩子。
