Extra Details: Why is this actress flagged as adult? I don't see much adult content in her profile.
Besides, I cannot find her when searching for her name, even though I have set to show adult content in my account settings? I cannot either add her in a episode because she is not shown when searching for her name in the search field, but until recently I was able to add her without any issue in other episodes of the same series.

OK, I cleaned the cookies for the site and now it's working again:) . So maybe something changed in the site and it was only a matter of cookies. Anyway, I still think she should not be flagged as an adult actress.

People profiles are marked as adult when 10% (or more) of their credits are on items that are tagged as “adult”.

OK, I see, but it seems to me that a 10% is bit low limit. Anyway, wouldn't it better to hide the entries marked as adult in people profiles instead of not showing that person in the search results? The way it's implemented right now might lead to people creating duplicates when adding an person if they have set to hide adult content in their account settings. Just a suggestion, maybe it's not possible due to how the site is implemented.

The system does both. Keep in mind that the adult flag was originally created for pornographic film actors.
This is one aspect of the flag that I think could be improved. Yuko Gibu has only has one movie flagged as adult. It's less than 10% of her 24 credits. Unfortunately, the system only counts the 8 movie credits.
We simply message the contributors when that happens.
