Pat has been corresponding with Adele and plans to marry her. BUT, Pat has sent her a picture of Gene, instead of himself. Gene and Pat foil a stage robbery but Adele is all over Gene and the robbers get away. One of the robbers has dropped a derringer during the robbery. Later, Jan also drops a derringer. Jan meets with Morgan and they plan to rob the bank. During the robbery, Gene chases Jan.
