2007年的現在,天空出現許多不明的光源,落下了細白的沙子............
天下第一的弱氣倒楣鬼 野上良太郎 偶然的機遇下撿到了迷樣的卡匣,正想拿去警察局的同時卻開啟了時空之門,在他面前出現的是穿越時空的電車,原來是可以穿越時空的卡匣,隨後接二連三的怪事發生讓他遇到了名為IMAGIN的未知生物,隨著良太郎的想像而實體化,因為外型,被良太郎稱作是 桃太郎 就在遇上了另一個為惡IMAGIN之時,藉由桃太郎IMAGIN的力量變身成為電王,成為守護時空的戰士,展開與IMAGIN的戰鬥.........
