For the moment the case of Unidentified Lifeform #24 is solved.

With the golden power of his red form, Yusuke defeats Unidentified Lifeform #39, shark-type monster Go-Gamego-Re but the media and police department emphasize that the enormous damage caused by #39's giant explosion was due to #4's independent actions.

Ryo Ashihara remains in critical condition but is being cared for by Shoichi Tsugami. The OverLord imparts a portion of his power to Tetsuya Sawaki after Tetsuya sees what humanity has to show him.

Aki Sakaki's powers awaken nine months after the Akatsuki-go incident. She uses her new found powers to hunt the members of the Agito Capture plan.

Thinking that Ryo Ashihara is dead Aki Sakaki goes after the Agito Capture team for vengeance. Ryo awakens to a voice in his head and finds Shoichi Tsugami living in Aki's house.

With proof of people who have supernatural powers the G3 team starts connecting the dots to why the Unknown attack people.

Agito and Another Agito battle and come to a draw, allowing enough time to let Ryo Ashihara, Koji Majima, and Makoto Hikawa escape. Tetsuya Sawakii meets Koji and Ryo and tells Koji that there is only one way to save Ryo... to transfer his seed of Agito to Ryo.

Toru Hojo and Sumiko Ozawa report to their superiors that Shoichi Tsugami is Agito and that he should be allowed to act freely. Their superiors decide to keep this fact a secret leaving Hikawa to wonder about who is Agito.

Ryo Ashihara awakens a new power, Exceed Gills, and manages to severely damage Another Agito but decides not deal the finishing blow. Makoto Hikawa, now knowing the identity of Agito, doesn't know how he should face Shoichi Tsugami.

Kamen Rider Odin uses Time Vent to correct an error in Time but appears to inadvertently send Shinji back in time also. Shinji attempts to save the Riders by changing the flow of time but fails.

The ORE Journal staffs discover the secret of Mirror Monsters.

Takeshi once again managed to escape prison.

Shiro threatens Kagawa for his attempt to seal Mirror World.

The 6 remaining Riders fight in a large battle against a large group of Monsters.

A new Rider appears.

Masato continues to sow the seeds of distrust between Yuji and Takumi. Takumi fights Aki but hesitates to finish him off. Aki takes advantage of this and fights him off. Aki is still battling his humanity. He agrees to meet up with Mari. When Mari goes to meet Aki she is attached by another Orphenoch. Aki saves her. Masato arrives to fight Aki.

As Masato is about to deliver the rider kick, Mari intervenes. Takumi gets there just in time to save her by blocking the kick with his bike. Takuma tries to steal the Delta gear from Kitizaki. Mari arranges to meet with Aki again. However, before she does Takumi meets him. Aki tells Takumi that Mari is the only one who can help him become human again. When Mari arrives she is attached by Saeko's Orphenoch assassin again. As Takumi battles him he encourages Aki to take Mari to safety. After saving her again Aki punches her hard enough to send her flying into a building. She is hospitalized. Naoya and Keitaro manage to save a child from a fire. Masato makes Yuji believe that it was Takumi that injured Mari.

Takumi runs from his fight with Yuji, making Yuji think that Takumi is afraid of being the wolf Orphnoch and is trying to kill himself. Meanwhile, Lucky Clover thinks that Takumi will completely throw away his humanity and become one of them. Mari continues to confront Masato about the night of the reunion, but he somehow refuses to tell Mari he was at there. Takumi calls Yuji who comes to meet him, and learns he is running from the Lucky Clover. The episode concludes with Yuji interrupting a fight between Takumi in Orphenoch form and Masato in Rider form.

Saeko continues to pursure Takumi for Lucky Clover. Takumi continues to resist. Mari tells Masato that she trusts Takumi. Masato implies that Mari's memories of the reunion might be true. He tells his friends to be on the look out for Takumi. As Masato's friends are attacked for the Delta belt, Takumi arrives and transforms into Delta to save them then passes out. As the program concludes, both Takumi and Yuji are fighting members of Lucky Clover.

Hirose manages to get access to Chief Karasuma's hard drive. While they search to find him, another Undead attack brings Tachibana back to the frontlines.

Tachibana reveals the truth behind the BOARD attack, and warns Kenzaki that the Rider System will destroy his body.

While fighting Ikasa, the Peacock Undead, Blade is attacked by an unlikely opponent - Garren. Meanwhile with no place else to go, Hajime stays with Jin, but an Undead appears.

It's Blade vs Garren as the Spider Undead—a more powerful, Category Ace Undead—appears. A worried Sayoko investigates the cause of the changes in Tachibana’s body.

Mutsuki wishes that he will be the strongest Rider by fighting against the Tiger Undead but loses instead. But while confronting the Giraffa Undead, the Tiger Undead learns the truth behind the "Battle Fight" before facing Tennoji and his creation: The Titan.

After being poisoned by the venom of the Scorpion Undead, one of the two Undead fused into the Titan. Mutsuki attacks his friends and turns into the Category Ace. Everyone is not spared even his girlfriend, Nozomi. The Tiger Undead has already been sealed and Mutsuki is forcing himself to fight Blade in his King Form. Will the transformation be complete or a failure?

Despite earlier warnings about transforming again, Zanki steps up and rejoins the fight against the growing hordes of Makamou, but it takes an extreme toll on him, but he intends to help Todoroki regain his strength no matter the cost�

Despite seeing him fall in battle, Ibuki is shocked to see Zanki appear in Todoroki�s room, but when Hibiki and Ibuki reveal Zanki�s fate, Todoroki angrily refuses to believe his mentor could be dead. As Kyousuke follows one of the boys that bullied him with Asumu on his trail, the approach of Orochi continues�

Kagami decides to take a sabbatical and take on a case himself; Daisuke and Tendou have a competition over Misaki's appearance.

Tendou joins the Shadow unit as the captain, much to the chagrin of Kageyama; everyone is confused when three of the same doctor appear at the same place and none of them are attacked by a Worm.

Mysterious bombings continuously happened in Tokyo. As for now, Roidmudes are primarily suspected of the bombings. While Drive and Mach went to an amusement park, Mach was quickly incapacitated by a bomb. Meanwhile, an injured Chase is currently in a hospital with Kiriko as his caretaker.

Kiriko continues to secretly harbor Chase while an impatient Go tries to rush the Mach Driver's repair.

Thanks to his father's soul, Takeru is still free to collect the 15 Ghost Eyecons once more, and by doing so, he can also bring his father back. But first, he encounters the soul of Sakamoto Ryōma, who poses a challenge for Takeru before he willingly joins him, which he describes as a "Satchō Alliance". Along the way, Takeru must deal with a new Gamma, as well as the return of the Katana Gamma.

Nagamasa, an artificial satellite developer, wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father Satsunoshin and his brother Yoshiyuki, both pioneers of the trade. He dreamt about working together with them to create an artificial satellite. Unfortunately, when they were about to build one, Yoshiyuki passed away in a freak accident causing Satsunoshin to retire out of grief. In order to fulfill Nagamasa’s dream, Takeru tries to convince Satsunoshin to continue building the satellite. However, after the Planet Gamma's attack, Takeru tries to make it his priority, but Onari persuades him to focus on helping Nagamasa resolve things with his father Sachinoshin first. The split between father and son has something to do with the past, and Takeru must figure out what that event was to resolve their differences before the Planet Gamma attacks, again. ​

Reiko's curiosity about Shinji's behaviour becomes even more stronger as Reiko learns that Shinji knows about Shiro Kanzaki.

After destroying two monsters, Satoru attacks Shinji from behind.

Yui is targeted by a monster that was at the Lab at Seimeiin University.

Yui discovers that the Mirror and Contract Monsters all came from drawings she and Shiro made during their childhood.
