A Computer Software named IR recruits Yui as a Corrector. He takes her inside a computer, where she sees her father's newest creation, ""Galaxy Land"". While at Galaxy Land, IR downloads ""The Element Suit"" which is found somewhere in Galaxy Land, Yui transforms. Grosser sends on of his cohorts out, War Wolf. Can Yui defeat Grosser? Yui finds out that IR wasn't a dream after all! She trys sending a message to her friends, but with the help of IR, she sends it by Comnet Mail. At school, Yui is asked a question she does not know, ""The Mouth Is The Gateway To Disaster"". Freaking out, Yui is forced to go to the Virtual Comnet World, with the command ""Corrector Yui Enter!"" While in the virutal world, Yui discovers that one of Grosser's Cohorts, Virus has infected the mailmen, and the messages that everyone sends is turned into something nasty. When Yui returns to the real world, she finally has the answer to the question, which she types in her computer. The answer is correct. After that, Yui and her friends go to Haruna's Birthday Party.

Yui and IR suspect foul play when Chef Kirch, a family friend who can never get his recipes quite right. In the beginning if he mentions he has a new dish everyone wants to run for cover! Yui unable to turn down a friend tries it. Its actually good! He found a recipe on Comnet and a special seasoning has him with more customers than he can handle. Soon it gets out of hand and he has to face customers who've turned into ravenous zombies.

A school-craze for fortune-telling develops into a destructive obsession. Who knew love advice could be so dangerous?

A virtual-reality field trip into a nature park turns a day picking up litter into an all-out search for missing people. Can Corrector Yui save the day... and finish her homework?

Yui and the other try to convince Eco that not all humans are bad. But at the same time Yui must also battle War Wolf. Who plans to burn the place to the ground! It turns out that Eco was the one who abducted all the people who littered in the nature park.

Yui and her friends visit a virtual theme park. Here they can assume the roles of ancient Edo historical figures. Yui and the others must prevent Freeze, Jaggy and Virus from stealing a scroll that would allow them to become a ""Shogun"" and taking over!

Yui finds a hurt blue bird and then goes to investigate Medical Net's malfunction. Freeze has a not to pleasant encounter Rescue another Corrector program. Later Yui has a run-in with Freeze who destroys her com con. Then a strange man appears can he fix her con com? And will Freeze survive her next encounter with Rescue?

La Freeze, que es veu incapaç de trobar feina, ha decidit tornar a l'institut. La Rescue també s'hi ha afegit, per tenir la Freeze a ratlla. I la Yui, en veure els uniformes, no s'hi ha pogut resistir. Aleshores, arriba el buggles, que converteix l'escola en un laberint ple de sorpreses.

El virus buggles ha tornat a atacar i la Yui no ha sigut prou ràpida amb el teclat per desxifrar una contrasenya. De fet, la Yui és molt lenta escrivint a màquina, per això la senyoreta Manami li farà fer un examen abans que comencin les classes. L'única que la pot ajudar és l'Ai.

La Yui sospita que la Shinozaki Ai és la misteriosa Correctora Ai, però no en té cap prova. De totes maneres, aviat li haurà de demanar ajuda per aturar el misteriós personatge, suposadament en Peace, que es dedica a arrasar Comnet. Podria ser una altra maniobra del virus buggles?

La Yui i les seves companyes, que estan fent la volta al món per Comnet, s'han fet amigues d'una nena petita i l'estan ajudant a buscar un gira-sol molt especial. La Freeze ha descobert que es tracta de la Nena Misteriosa que ha de trobar i no pensa tenir cap mena de mirament.

La Yui i els altres correctors han hagut de sortir a neutralitzar un insecte gegant infectat amb el buggles. Abans d'aturar-lo, ha escopit un líquid a la Yui i l'ha convertit en una estàtua de pedra. No hi ha manera de posar-se en contacte amb la Correctora Ai. Tot depèn de la Haruna...

La Yui ha conegut un atleta que es diu Kosuke a l'Esports Net i, tot i que encara no el coneix en persona, se n'ha enamorat. Les amigues descobriran que, en realitat, es tracta d'una estrella del futbol que ha perdut la confiança arrel d'un accident. Però a l'Esports Net també n'hi ha, d'accidents...

La Haruna s'ha adonat que la Nena Misteriosa ha aparegut sempre abans de cada atac del buggles, la qual cosa vol dir que podrien tenir alguna connexió. La Freeze i els correctors, per separat, aniran a la biblioteca d'en Jaggy, a buscar un llibre de fotos de la Nena, que apareixerà en persona...

La Yui i els altres correctors no aconsegueixen descobrir la identitat de la Nena Misteriosa. Sabent que li agraden tant els gira-sols, intentaran atraure-la organitzant una exposició. Però quan apareix, també ho fa el buggles, que converteix els gira-sols en criatures repugnants.

La Yui i la Haruna han revelat la seva identitat de correctores a l'Ai, confiant que ella farà el mateix. Davant la negativa, intentaran fer-se amigues d'ella convidant-la al Lluita 3D Net. D'entrada, tot va com una seda, però aviat apareix el buggles a fer de les seves...

El Costa Sud Net ha aparegut completament glaçat. Pot ser que es tracti d'un altre atac del virus buggles? I el misteriós Major, qui deu ser, en realitat? Tot sembla indicar que la Freeze hi té alguna mena de relació, però, què fa per ell, exactament?

La Correctora Ai no troba la manera de localitzar la Nena Misteriosa, però ha descobert dues coses molt importants: l'ós de peluix parla i es refereix a la nena dels contes com "la petita Ai". Comença a haver-hi massa coincidències i l'Ai cada vegada està més confosa.

El virus buggles ha infectat l'Ai, que s'ha quedat en coma. La Correctora Yui entrarà a la ment de l'Ai per intentar neutralitzar el virus des de l'interior. El problema és que, si un cop dins, no aconsegueix salvar-la, la Yui també podria caure en un coma profund. Però, què hi descobrirà a la ment de l'Ai?

Els correctors continuen buscant la petita Ai, que guarda tots els secrets del virus buggles. Precisament, el buggles, aprofitant un problema del comunicador de la Yui, ha creat molta confusió entre els altres correctors, que no paren de barallar-se entre ells.

El virus buggles, que cada vegada és més poderós, a més d'estar a punt de destruir Comnet, també amenaça el món real i l'Escola Scroll. Els correctors s'han dividit en tres grups per trobar la petita Ai, l'única que pot salvar els dos mons, el real i el virtual, abans que sigui massa tard.

En Ryo Kurokama, que havia treballat a Comnet amb el professor Inukai i amb el pare de l'Ai, és el misteriós personatge que s'amaga darrere del virus buggles. Decidit a destruir Comnet per crear la seva xarxa, ha atrapat set dels correctors en miralls negres. Tot és a les mans de la Yui, la Haruna i l'Ai.
