17年前，一名少女拿著傳動指揮器從外阿爾克多斯逃亡來到地球。 17年後的一日，剛搬來星見町的小五學生草薙北斗偶然下認識了熟練功夫的出雲銀河， 碰巧有一大群加魯法機械獸，從月球的螺旋城飛來。兩人在逃亡中，突然遇到秘密特務組織GEAR的GEAR戰士電童， 電童與他們產生了感應，並揀選了他們成為駕駛員，在原先的駕駛員貝卡指導下， 他們成功戰勝了加魯法機械獸，從此亦兼負上守護地球的責任。
