Extra Details: Is it possible to add the part "First Inspector" as special episodes. Basically it is a film but which was only released in Japan, but Amazon which took care of the world distribution cut into 3 episodes (as described on AniDB https://anidb.net/anime/15308 ). This is the continuation and end of season 3 but cannot be considered as season 4.

Yes but is not duplicate data because is a broadcast in the form of a show, not movie (who, yes is already present)
