Mad Mod has decided to teach the teens a lesson, creating a massive mind-bending school full of optical illusions and brain-washing hypno-screens. The Titans can’t find a trace of Robin and start getting worried - that is, until they catch him red handed robbing a facility as Slade’s apprentice. After being defeated by Robin, the Titans are sure he has become a criminal. In truth, the life of a villain comes at an even more bitter price for Robin himself.

The Titans spot a young girl being chased by a giant scorpion-like creature and prepare to rescue her, only to see that the girl possesses tremendous powers and was merely luring the scorpion into a trap. She reveals her name to be Terra, and she has the power to control the earth and all of its forms. However, she has a terrible secret, and Slade shows interest in her.

When Killer Moth threatens the city with his army of moths, Robin has no choice but to agree to his demand; He is forced to take his bratty and spoiled daughter Kitten to her junior prom much to Robin's dismay and Starfire's jealousy.

This episode shows Robin wanting to be a big shot winner. When he, Cyborg, and Beast Boy are transported to another land, along with Gizmo, Wildebeest, Hot Spot, Aqualad, and Speedy, Robin finally has his chance. As the players battle, The Master of Games takes the losers powers. It will take Robin to figure out Winning isn't everything to save the day
