清志、真吾、岳人、讓、安德雷五名男生進入了男女共校的全寄宿制高中·私立八光學園。在女生1016人:男生5人這一壓倒性的男女比例之下，他們被迫過著沒有面子的學園生活。別說是受歡迎了，根本沒法和女生交流，甚至連正視她們也做不到……。但男生們無法抵抗隱藏的慾望，開始計畫偷窺女浴室。此時，女生之間正在傳言取締不純異性交往的「裡學生會」的存在……。

在裡學生會的監視下，男生們被投入懲罰大樓（通稱·監獄），並被要求進行強制勞動。他們在殘酷的勞動以及副會長·芽衣子的懲罰這一喜一憂當中度過每一天。某天，在理事長的提議下，休息日的外出許可下達了下來。清志由於終於能實現和憧憬的千代一起去看相撲的約定而高興，但外出許可立刻就被會長·萬里取消了。清志一時間感到喪氣，但以此為契機，他下定決心要越獄。

躲過了芽衣子以及書記·花的性感&暴力監視，解決了各種難題，清志岳人組合一步步地執行著越獄計畫。就在他們覺得終於到了越獄的最後一步之時，至今為止辛苦挖出來的逃跑洞穴出現了異變。失去了學園生活唯一的希望，岳人陷入了自暴自棄當中。但清志想到了打破這最大困難的最後的方法……。

越獄的前一天，清志和岳人潛入女生宿舍，從巡迴洗衣房借走了某件東西。起死回生的越獄計畫萬事俱備，終於到了當天。就在清志按照計畫準備溜出正門的瞬間，他被萬里叫住了。但，由於計畫的奏效，清志迴避成功。另一方面，從白天開始就見不到清志的人影而心懷不安的副會長·芽衣子，開始尋找清志……。

和千代的約會以失敗告終，清志感到意氣消沉，禍不單行，他的越獄行為被裡學生會發覺了。作為懲罰，全員的刑期被延長，清志則被當成叛徒，遭到同伴們的孤立。此時，清志被叫去了裡學生會室。心中脆弱的他準備就這樣在裡學生會的催促下籤下退學申請，但此時一名女性出現，反對讓清志退學。

裡學生會所推進的恐怖計畫「DTO」。對於其存在毫不知情，被美味的食物所懷柔，真吾將同伴的情報交代了出去。此時，被裡學生會當成最初目標的讓，為了從烏鴉手裡保護寵物螞蟻而引發暴力事件，如同裡學生會所計畫的那般被收監到了懲罰房。另一方面，因保護讓而負傷的清志，被花帶去了保健室。在那裡等著他的是名為「復仇」的、難以啟齒的行為……。

Shingo, on furlough from the prison, meets a girl named Anzu at the arcade in town. When Gakuto turns to his Guan Yu figurine for guidance, the tip of his sword falls off, starting a chain of events with momentous consequences.

Andre suffers a mental collapse when he goes for a week without receiving any discipline. Shingo takes Anzu to the movies, but finds his expectations betrayed. The Underground Student Council moves forward with their DTO project.

Shingo realizes that he saw emails regarding DTO on the computer in the corrections office, which if recovered by the boys, would prove that they were set up. The boys plot to break into the corrections office.

The boys are resigned to their upcoming expulsions, and spirits are low, until Gakuto, suffering a bout of temporary insanity, devises one last strategy to get them out of their predicament, if they can just buy enough time to pull it off.

Given a one-day reprieve, the boys must again execute a plan to get inside the corrections office, but the Underground Student Council won’t make it easy for them. Hana has a personal score that she wishes to settle with Kiyoshi.

Hana continues pressing Kiyoshi in order to exact her revenge, but Kiyoshi employs an adaptation of a classical military strategy to counter her. Once all the boys are locked into their cells for the night, will they be able to complete their plan?

Hachimitsu Private Academy's five male students have been released from their oppressive prison captors, allowing them to return to their ideal school lives surrounded by short-skirted girls.

With their freedom restored, things could not be going better for the gang. Kiyoshi Fujino and Shingo Wakamoto have formed close bonds with their female classmates; Reiji Andou is the center of attention due to his masochistic quirks; and even Takehito "Gakuto" Morokuzu—notorious for defecating himself during class—befriends the klutzy yet like-minded Mitsuko Yokoyama.

However, in contrast to his fellow ex-convicts, Jouji "Joe" Nezu struggles to readjust to student life, and the unlikely romantic success of his friend Gakuto pushes him to his wit's end. Feeling ostracized, he begins to wonder if life was better behind bars.
