拥有历代最高HUNDRED反应的如月隼人一入学便备受瞩目，在入学典礼上有两个女孩因为没有接到如月隼人而迟到，专制的学生会长克蕾亚竟然责令两人退学，看不过去的艾米尔指责了克蕾亚并替隼人接下挑战。虽然HUNDRED数值很高，但隼人从来都没有用HUNDRE战斗过，艾米尔自然就成为了隼人的训练对手。

　在隼人和库蕾娅的决斗中，库蕾娅以展开全身武装而承认了自己的败北。而隼人则因为才入手不到2天就能发动全身武装而被库蕾娅看中，被邀请加入セレクションズ。然而，就在艾米璐同学生会因隼人斗争时，Savage袭来了。

隼人在进入学园后首次进入到实战当中。然而，他看到的却是不光库蕾娅，学生会成员拥有压倒性的实力，甚至连艾米璐应对Savage都游刃有余。但是，巨大种的到来却使得战况空前的恶化，为了守护自己的伙伴，隼人的百武装发生了变化……

实战结束后，隼人的生活也慢慢回归正常。就在这时，世界级的歌姬雾岛·樱却发来请求，指名要求隼人成为自己的保镖。这时为了先前因为袭击而被中止的演唱会能够再开而做准备。迩就在隼人想着这不愧是世界级的歌姬的时候，樱在工地上为隼人展示了自己的百武装，隼人被震撼了。

在任务中的空闲时间里，隼人同艾米莉亚在岛上约会嬉戏。就在两人正玩得开心时，却传来了小樱消失的消息。突然，小樱突然出现，隼人还未来得及联络艾米莉亚就被小樱带到了充满她会议的地方——大峡谷。在那里，隼人得知了小樱的过去……

大峡谷的归途中，隼人和小樱所乘坐的公交车遇到了蛮族的袭击。为了拯救普通人，两人使用了百武装迎击蛮族。此后，伙伴们也纷纷加入了战斗。然而就在这时，神秘的三人组出现了。他们的目的究竟是……

在Zwei诸岛与神木三人组的对战后，隼人一行来到了南方小岛度过短暂的休息时光。就在这时，库蕾娅的兄长却出现了。在舰中，他主动上前向隼人搭话，并将隼人引向了舰的深处……

克劳蒂娅被编入了隼人所在的小组后，蛮族的清扫也在顺利进行中。然而，克劳蒂亚却暗中为了让艾米莉亚回国打折自己的小算盘。另一方面，就当隼人和库蕾娅两人渐入佳境时，却被一通紧急联络打断。弗里茨的小队收到了秘制三人组的袭击，库蕾娅赶到，并展开全身武装向伤害了同伴的敌人发动了进攻。

在于迷之三人组的对战过程中，隼人知晓了三人的过去。然而，就在这时，湖面上却突然出现了龙型的蛮族——那是尚未被登记的品种。于是双方决定暂时休战，一同对抗充满着谜团的新型蛮族。
