The President of the Republic of Azania, Raila Reshep, who successfully brought about a miraculous economic growth from the civil war and is considered the real leader of the new African Union, is pushing for the use of EXOFRAMES.

Despite nations around the world investing a huge budget and providing the world's most skilled specialists, attempts to analyze the EXOFRAME and understand the alien technology have failed. In the U.S., Project Xenogage in Area 51 was created to analyze alien technology. But, this project had also been put on hold. The people on board are forced to carry drugs in exchange for assistance crossing the border into the United States. One of them is a young girl who is given an amulet of Santa Muerte - the Saint of Death by the boy next to her.
