在某个3丁目，冈本家的猫猫・圆圆，和他个性丰富的小伙伴们一起过着和平的每一天。某天，午睡醒来的圆圆，见到了一只路过的白猫。十分在意的他没有多想便追了上去。原本来找圆圆的狗狗波奇，也一同跟着追踪白猫。

波奇和3丁目的小伙伴，小黑和小黄说了和圆圆出去时所遇见的狗狗的事情。面对着一劲形容着对方恐怖的波奇，小黑和小黄对那只狗狗产生了很大的兴趣，决定去打个招呼看看。

某天，贝贝和小虎到圆圆家玩，看见圆圆在纸箱里呼呼大睡。因为小虎突然跳进纸箱的冲击，纸箱坏掉了。难过的圆圆决定和贝贝一起去寻找传说中的威夷夏。

刚刚搬到3丁目的布鲁，为了不要被其他的猫猫和狗狗小看，想努力练习问候，但却被仓持君给带出门了。来到3丁目猫犬猫绿洲的吃茶Tulip，布鲁碰见了命运的相逢。

某天，小黑和小黄一边躺在草地上，一边感叹着3丁目的和平。同时，在一旁追逐蝴蝶的贝贝，脸颊上的OK绷慢慢地掀起。

圆圆和波奇一同追的被风吹起的叶子玩耍。追叶子追得太过入迷，不知何时两只竟然跑到了电车里面，并在软绵绵又暖呼呼的座位上睡着了。

小虎和点点争论谁才是3丁目最强，于是两只开始了关乎胜败的对决。最终，胜利的是哪一边呢……！？

某天，小黑和小黄在公园看见了沮丧的波奇。两只询问了波奇沮丧的原因，竟然是因为3丁目最强决定战时毫无表现的缘故。对着这样的波奇，小黄开始讲述了传说中的不良，阿狼的故事。

某个早晨手忙脚乱准备去上学的小武，看着在走廊上悠闲的圆圆说了，什么都不用做只需要睡觉真好。因为这样一句话而闹别扭的圆圆，像平常一样去找波奇它们玩耍，却发现大家都有各自的工作。

家具店野田所饲养的小黄，在中意的店门口椅子上默默守护着3丁目的伙伴们。某天，散步中的布鲁出现在他面前。

某天，“有小偷——”的呼喊声，响彻了应该要很和平的3丁目。

圆圆、波奇、小虎听见了小武他们所\讨论，关于传说中有妖猫出现的房子的话题。3只马上就为了要确定谣言真伪，而进入了那栋房子。此时，从来没听过的叫声和古怪的身影出现在他们面前。

某一天，为了松之汤每个月举办一次，饲主能和宠物一起享受澡堂的“汪喵洗澡日”广告牌娘点点正意气风发地准备着。虽然圆圆不喜欢洗澡，但受到喜爱洗澡的波奇与小虎的鼓励，也前往了松之汤。

在3丁目派出所为大家服务的狗狗警察，小黑。某天，他接到了对于在吃茶Tulip引起事件的嫌疑犯，妙妙，的调查。在一触即发的紧张空气中，妙妙终于开了口。

“3丁目Crazy Cats”是连哭泣的小猫听到都会安静的3丁目一大势力，他们用压倒性的力量保持著町内的平衡。某天，在3丁目Crazy Cats面前出现了负伤的布鲁。询问了布鲁究竟碰到何事，他竟然说出了以哈士奇若为首的“7丁目Young Kings”，正盯上了3丁目……？

晚间野餐某天，圆圆他们带著自己平常吃的饭饭，来到公园集合。一边介绍著自己带来的饭饭，一边开始了野餐之夜。
