Overview
Billy and Mandy are a mismatched pair of youngsters who befriend the Grim Reaper after winning a limbo contest against him. Since the Grim Reaper lost, he has to be their friend, and the three go on adventures together. Between school, family and visitors from the spirit world, Billy and Mandy sometimes need help to clean up the messes they get themselves into, and that's where Hos Delgado comes in. Hos and the Grim Reaper are not friends, and with Mandy's bossy nature and Billy's curious attitude funny escapades ensue.

El pobre Calavera es acusado por el mismísimo Coco de abusar de poderes y despistarse de su deber, por lo que es condenado a perder todos sus poderes sobrenaturales. Billy, Mandy e Irwin se embarcarán en una disparatada aventura en busca de la Mano de Horror y con ella devolver a Calavera su autoridad en el terreno de la Muerte.
La película comienza en (supuestamente) el primer día de escuela. Mientras va al baño, Pecas es atrapado por una araña. El lugar está infestado por muchas arañas, que están secuestrando a algunos niños. Irwin cree que es una profecía sobre que las arañas van a atacar a los humanos y conquistar al mundo, iniciando la "era de las arañas". Ni Billy, ni Mandy ni Puro Hueso le hacen caso.
