故事背景是韩战之后的美国，劳伦斯·夏威返国时被当作战争英雄，荣获国会勋章，但他同一排的弟兄和他的排长法兰克·辛纳屈都不清楚他在战场上干了什么英勇行为？辛纳屈时常梦到韩战的奇怪景象，决定调查真相，终于发现他们那一排的人原来曾被北韩军队俘虏并加以洗脑，夏威已变成苏联派到美国作政治暗杀的洗脑杀手。剧情发展溶合了写实幻想与象征，彼此交错进行，因此映象的处理亦十分复杂，有如一列不断在变速的火车，对于能够进入情况的观众是会看得很过瘾的。

讲述剧版《涅墨西斯》两年后的故事。广濑铃饰演拥有看透事件真相的天才灵感却做事鲁莽的侦探助手安娜，樱井翔饰演虽然废柴企却有名望，自称是天才侦探的风真，两人共同挑战侦探事务所涅墨西斯接到的各种委托。

A man awakens from a two-month-long coma. Total amnesia. A bullet fired point blank. He doesn't remember anything. He's told that he had a wife and a son. They've been killed.
