في إطار مشوق ومثير ممزوج بالكثير من الرعب، تدور الأحداث عقب فقدانه لحبيبته (كيشا) في حادث سيارة، يقرر (مالكوم) بدء حياته من جديد بالزواج من (ميجان)، وهي أم لطفلين، لكن فجأة تعود الظواهر الخارقة وغير الطبيعية في الظهور مجدداً، مستهدفة الطفلين والمنزل، لكن الأمور تتعقد أكثر عندما يكتشف أن (كيشا) عادت للحياة.
الرعب الساخر عن فتاة تبلغ من العمر ثمانية عشر عاما تتلقى مكالمة هاتفية تهددها بالقتل، لتموت لاحقا في ظروف ساخرة. في اليوم التالي تجتمع صحبة من الأصدقاء في هذا المنزل من أجل الاحتماء من عاصفة، لتبدأ بعدها الأحداث المخيفة والمرعبة في إطار ساخر يسخر من بعض أفلام الرعب المشهورة في ذلك الوقت.
3 علماء غريبو الأطوار يتم فصلهم من مراكزهم في جامعة نيويورك بسبب دراستهم لعلوم ما وراء الطبيعة، فيقررون أن يشكلوا مجموعة لصيد الأشباح يقدموا فيها خدماتهم للناس؛ حيث يطاردون الأرواح الغاضبة، والأشباح الصاخبة وهذا في مقابل المال. الآن ُتفتح بوابة بين الأبعاد على عالم آخر، ويتسرب منها شر رهيب على المدينة، فيتم استدعاء صائدي الأشباح لإنقاذ الجميع.
في إطار رعب ممزوج بالإثارة والتشويق تدور الأحداث عن أربعة من الطلاب المدعوين من قبل أستاذهم إلى القصر المسكون بالأشباح ، من أجل دراسة تأثير الحرمان من النوم لمدة أسبوع عليهم ، وعمل بعض الدراسات بشأن النوم ، ويعتبر الفيلم به بعض مشاهد المحاكاة الساخرة لفيلم طارد الأرواح الشريرة الأول ، وكذلك بعض أفلام الرعب الشهيرة للغاية .
تدور الأحداث حول زوجان حديثي الزواج، وفور إنجابهما طفلهما تبدأ أمور غريبة بالظهور لهم داخل المنزل، حتى خيل لهم أنهم مطاردين من قبل شيطان، وقرروا إيجاد المساعدة في التخلص من تلك الحوادث الغامضة.
الفتاة (سيندي كامبل) تعمل الآن كمحررة صحفية، وهناك شريط فيديو غامض تتحرى عنه، هذا الشريط كل من يشاهده يتعرض للموت في خلال سبعة أيام، وعندما تشاهده (سيندي) تسعى لإنقاذ حياتها، بعدما شاهدت الشريط بنفسها، وذلك فى إطار كوميدي.
تدور الأحداث بعدما ينتقلا مالكولم وكيشا إلى منزل أحلامهما، و لكن سرعان ما يكتشفا حدوث أشياء غريبة، ليتأكدا بوجود أرواح تسكن المنزل، مما يجعلهم يحاولون الحفاظ على حياتهم خاصا حياتهم الجنسية التى بدأت تنهار، لجأوا لمساعدة أحد الكهنة للخروج من تلك المأساة .
