魔法少女小圓的故事，是圍繞著五位魔法少女的成長與冒險展開。

出生於良好家庭，親朋好友團聚，有哭有笑，是誰都擁有的日常生活。就讀市立見瀧原中學二年級的少女「鹿目圓」，和其他的國中女生一樣，過著平凡幸福的日常生活。突然有一天，一名神秘的轉學生「曉美焰」的出現，讓圓的命運開始改變。

When a junior woos Vee's friend, Vee, swearing to love only one in life, has to cut ties with Mark. But God plays a joke on them and something happened between Vee and Mark.
