Stockholm 1982. Bobo, Klara en Hedvig zijn tienermeisjes van rond de 12 - 13 jaar, die door de straten zwerven. Die stoer en hard en sterk zijn, maar ook zwak en verward en vreemd. Die veel te vroeg voor zichzelf moeten zorgen, en die vissticks in de broodrooster steken wanneer moeder weer eens in de kroeg zit. En die zonder instrumenten een punkband beginnen, ook al zegt iedereen dat punk dood is.
Jarenlang heeft de platenindustrie verborgen boodschappen in hun muziek gestopt, zodat tieners niets anders zijn dan zombies die maar één ding kunnen: kopen, kopen en nog eens kopen. Wanneer de jongensband DuJour dit ontdekt, zorgt hun manager ervoor dat zij in een vliegtuigcrash omkomen. Nu moet er een nieuwe band gezocht worden voor de slechte plannen van de platenmaatschappij. Dit wordt Josie and the Pussycats, die een groot succes worden.

The recordings were made on August 21, 2016, at the outdoor festival celebrating the band's tenth anniversary, on Osaka's Sakai-Senboku harbor in front of an audience of 12,000. The release reached number four on Japan's Oricon weekly DVD total and ninth on weekly Blu-ray total sales.
