Per nascondersi si inseriscono un una piccola orchestra tutta femminile, fingendosi donne. Ma per per "Josephine" e "Daphne" sarà l'inizio di una lunga serie di equivoci...
Tilly è tornata. Da Dungatar, paesino desertico di qualche centinaio di anime in cui è nata e cresciuta, era stata cacciata decenni prima, per un incidente che l'ha traumatizzata al punto da averlo rimosso e ora ci torna come affermata stilista. Siamo nel 1951 e Tilly porta con sè una ventata di modernità, di abiti su misura alla moda che mettono in risalto le forme di donne che parevano aver dimenticato tutto, chiuse nel bigottismo locale. Non si tratta però di un ritorno pacifico. Fare vestiti per gli abitanti di Dungatar è solo un modo per iniziare a scoprire cosa ci sia nel suo passato, cosa abbia fatto impazzire sua madre, perché ancora venga insultata e in ultima analisi, vendicarsi.

The film is about the life story of Fatma, a poor girl who lost her family in an accident, when she comes to Istanbul. Fatma comes to Istanbul from Tehran after the death of her family. His goal is to find his uncle here and inherit his father's inheritance from him. Although Fatma finds her uncle, she cannot inherit her father and is forced to work as a maid in this house. His uncle's son Ali and Fatma fall in love with each other and decide to get married. Ali's family sends him to their factory in Iran to prevent this marriage. He also kicks Fatma out of the house.
