Osbourne Cox är en CIA-agent som kämpar för att hålla näsan ovanför ytan. Han kommer ingenstans vare sig när det gäller jobb eller äktenskap och dessutom har han problem med spriten. Harry Pfarrer jobbar på finansdepartementet och är mer än lovligt fåfäng. Sin fritid ägnar han bland annat åt Internetdejting bakom ryggen på sin fru, att konstruera sexleksaker i källaren och dessutom har han ett förhållande med Osbourne Cox missnöjda hustru. När Osbourne får sparken bestämmer han sig för att skriva sina memoarer, även om han faktiskt inte har något alls att berätta om. Men ett utkast råkar hamna på villovägar och Harry Pfarrers andra älskarinna, vid sidan om Osbournes hustru, och hennes kollega är övertygade om att de lagt vantarna på superhemlig information och tror att de kan utöva utpressning för att tjäna pengar på det de vet.

Applying the same principles as Chest and Back, you'll superset these muscle groups to exhaustion. As you'll be using smaller muscles, this might prove slightly less of a struggle - but that doesn't mean you won't be fully maxed when this workout is said and done. Just be sure to keep your form during the latter part of the routine, when you'll be tempted to cheat your range of motion. Maintaining good form is critical for proper muscular development and preventing injury, so stay strict and get ripped!
