故事講述從人變成了吃人怪物的妹妹長谷川夢，以及具備驚異的回復能力的哥哥長谷川現，因此便用自己的肉體給妹妹餵食的哥哥長谷川現兩人之間的故事。漫畫有時會將妹妹描寫成龐大異形，有時則會描寫在腦補之下，哥哥被普通少女餵食的樣子。
