名画『ホイッスラーの母』がロスに買い戻されることになったため、ロンドンの美術館は厄介払いも兼ねてビーンを派遣する。ロスで画商のデビッドに会ったビーンは、彼の家に居候することになる。だが、名画の前でくしゃみをしたため、鼻水で画は台無し。名画の披露パーティが刻々と迫るなか、ビーンは奇想天外な方法で名画の復元を行う。
