Jednou v noci Addie navštíví Louise, aby mu navrhla, že spolu stráví noc, aby tak čelili své osamělosti. Přestože Louis zpočátku poněkud váhá, brzy souhlasí a začnou trávit večery a noci v Addieině domě.
