本片根據威廉史泰格的童書改編，很久很久以前，有一個憤世嫉俗、茍不言笑的綠色巨人史瑞克，一個人孤零零地住在遙遠的沼澤裡，有一天一大堆惹人厭的童話故事人物突然打亂他平靜的生活，他吃的食物有瞎了眼的小老鼠，床上躺了一隻大野狼，家裡來了三隻房子被吹倒的小豬仔，這些童話人物通通都是被邪惡的法克大人給趕來。 他為了拯救這些童話人物，還有他自己的家，於是就和法克大人談了一個條件，他必須把美麗的費歐娜公主救出來，嫁給法克大人，他在路上找到一個講起話來喋喋不休、口若懸河的驢子，他什麼都肯為史瑞克做，就是不肯乖乖閉嘴。但是當他發現美麗的公主竟然深藏了一個可怕的秘密，事情就變得更複雜了。
史瑞克在續集中必須通過他一生中最大的難關：拜見岳父岳母大人。史瑞克跟費歐娜公主度完蜜月後收到一封邀請函，請他們到”遠的要命王國”，拜見費歐娜公主的父母，這對另類夫妻當然也要把他們最麻吉的驢子一起帶去。”遠的要命王國”全國上下都張燈結彩、歡欣鼓舞地準備見到美麗的公主和帥氣的駙馬爺，而費歐娜公主的父王母后也等不及要見到他們心愛的女兒帶著他們的乘龍快婿回娘家，誰都沒想到他們的女婿竟然是一個大妖怪，更扯的是，他們美若天仙的掌上明珠也變成了一個胖嘟嘟的恐龍妹。 原來國王早就跟神仙教母談好條件，要讓費歐娜公主嫁給她的兒子白馬王子，但是沒想到卻半途殺出史瑞克這個程咬金，破壞了他們的計畫，於是國王和神仙教母決定僱用鼎鼎大名的妖怪殺手鞋貓劍客，希望他能把他們的絆腳石史瑞克給做掉，讓費歐娜公主跟白馬王子從此過著幸福快樂的日子...
《史瑞克三世》的故事在尋找《遠的要命王國》的王位繼承人。費歐娜公主的父親哈洛國王在駕崩之前，希望史瑞克能繼承王位接管《遠的要命王國》；但史瑞克自認不適合擔任國王，因此哈洛國王在臨死前要求史瑞克去找費歐娜公主的堂弟亞遜，來繼承王位。 於是，史瑞克再度和他的死黨兼跟班驢子和鞋貓劍客出發去尋找王位繼承人。值得一提的事，這回所有童話故事裡最美麗的五位公主們也會在《史瑞克三世》裡相聚成為費歐娜公主的姐妹淘，包括白雪公主、長髮公主、灰姑娘和睡美人，外加一位灰姑娘的醜姐姐，她們將一同悍衛《遠的要命王國》，絕不讓白馬王子伺機謀篡王位。
迪士尼第一部得到奧斯卡兩項音樂大獎的動畫電影。 改編自義大利作家Carlo Collodi同名小說，故事敘述一個由老木匠蓋比特所雕塑的小木偶皮諾丘如何學會誠實、勇敢、不自私，而成為一個真正的男孩。迪士尼動畫家運用進步的技術創造出本片中海底一景，在當時令人嘆為觀止，而片中的小蟋蟀吉明尼是一個頗受矚目的角色，可以說是迪士尼動畫代表人物之一，片中由他所演唱的〈When You Wish Upon a Star〉不但得到了奧斯卡金像獎的肯定，更成為迪士尼電影開頭音樂的主旋律。

Winnie the Pooh 是英國作家 A. A. Milne 筆下一隻十分愛吃蜂蜜的熊，他其實是一個小男孩 Christopher Robin 的玩具熊，Robin 想像他和這只熊住在一個叫「百畝森林」的地方，當地還有許多其他的動物鄰居夥伴們，像是兔子 Rabbit、小豬 Piglet、跳跳虎 Tigger …等等，這一切的故事都是 Robin 所想像出來的。迪士尼首度於1966年推出「小熊維尼與蜂蜜樹」立刻深獲好評，之後的「小熊維尼與大風吹」更拿到當年奧斯卡金像獎最佳短篇動畫獎項，「小熊維尼與跳跳虎」也獲得提名，所以在1977年時，迪士尼將此三部 Pooh 的短片集合成一部電影在戲院上映，成為迪士尼的第２２部經典動畫－【小熊維尼歷險記】。本片錄影帶原本在美國都是三段分開來發行的，一直到１９９６年才首度正式發行完整電影版的錄影帶，一上市居然大熱賣！Winnie the Pooh 還真是迪士尼人氣最旺的小熊啊！
一隻小驢子叫阿寶，他渴切擺脫每天在農村磨坊裡的例行工作，終於一日提起勇氣逃脫出走，踏上夢寐的冒險旅程，並且在途中結識了與羊群走散的可愛綿羊露絲、胸懷宏志的鴿子戴夫和三隻風趣的駱駝及其他夥伴，幾個動物追隨天上一顆明亮的星星，最後成為有史以來第一個耶誕節的大功臣。
本片其實是一部新作結合舊作而成的作品，整部片子分成三個段落，敘述百畝森林居民們是如何渡過冬天這個感恩的季節。第一段『春天早報到』其實是ＴＶ卡通影集版【小熊維尼歷險記】的其中一段，敘述小熊維尼和朋友們誤以為錯過了冬季，春天二月的土播鼠日提早到來，後來才發現原來是日曆被狂風給吹亂，害他們因此誤會。第二段落『感恩節派對』則是一部新作品，迪士尼特別為本片推出而全新製作，敘述小熊維尼和朋友準備過感恩節的趣事，後來發現和朋友彼此分享的感恩節真諦。第三段『耶誕稀客』出自【小熊維尼歷險記】影集的其中一集，敘述兔子 Rabbit 回想起以往收留藍色小鳥 Kessie 過冬的往事，沒想到小鳥 Kessie 居然在耶誕佳節飛回來百畝森林和大家團聚，大家共同渡過這個充滿歡樂的感恩季節。
