Der legendäre Schwertkämpfer Kenshin Himura, hat nach der Meiji-Restauration aufgehört, mit dem Schwert zu töten. Er versucht ein friedliches Leben mit Kaoru Kamiya zu führen, die im Dorf eine Schwertkampfschule betreibt. Doch dieses nimmt ein jähes Ende, als sein Lieblingsrestaurant Akabeko zerstört wird. Kenshin Himura findet dort eine Notiz mit der Aufschrift „Jinchū“, die Unheil verspricht.
Nachdem Ken Kaneki zum Halb-Ghul geworden ist, erhält er vom gefährlichen Ghul Shu Tsukiyama eine Einladung. Gemeinsam besuchen sie ein besonderes Restaurant, doch Ken weiß nicht, dass er selbst auf dem Speiseplan steht.
When Chihaya Ayase was in the 6th grade of elementary school, she met Arata Wataya. Arata Wataya transferred from Fukui Prefecture. Taichi Mashima was Chihaya Ayase's friend since they were little. Arata got close to Chihaya and Taichi from the card game karuta. Four years later, Chihaya is a high school student. Chihaya learns that Arata, who went back to Fukui Prefecture, doesn't play karuta anymore. Believing they will meet Arata again, Chihaya and Taichi starts a karuta club at their high school.
Kaiji (played by Tatsuya Fujiwara) is about to have his life changed. The thrill is beyond anything he, or most people, have experienced. The adventure is not without risk and danger however. He is given four games, which are challenges, and include life and death situations. The film follows its prequels and things will get both mental and physical.
Students, including Aoi Nishino, take part in class and sports activity at a prestigious high school. Aoi Nishino is a member of the school's archery club. He practices archery studiously and doesn't socialize much with the other students. His childhood friend Haruka Seno is also a member of the archery club, but she worries about Aoi Nishino. One day, thunder strikes the school grounds. After that, the ordinary lives of the students changes drastically. Many samurai descend on the school grounds. It appears that the entire school has traveled back in time to the Sengoku period. Making things worse, they realize that they are in the time right before the Battle of Okehazama takes place.
Maki Eda works for an advertising agency at a large company. She is a single and doesn't have good luck with men. She also isn't very good at cooking and likes eating junk food. One day, she meets Nagisa Katayama. He is an art teacher and a vegetarian. Unlike Maki, Nagisa cooks very well. The two people then happen to live together. Maki realizes that she is in love with Nagisa, but Nagisa is gay. Through his cooking, they solve their own problems and become important to each other.
