"Stay Alive" é um novo jogo de videogame que está prestes a ser lançado no mercado. Inspirado na história real de uma serial killer do século XVII, o jogo ainda está em testes mas já é ansiosamente aguardado. Em Nova Orleans um grupo de amigos conseguiu uma cópia ilegal do jogo, mas aos poucos todos os que o jogaram morreram, da mesma forma como acontece no jogo. O porquê disto estar ocorrendo é o que os amigos Hutch (Jon Foster), Abigail (Samaire Armstrong), Swink (Frankie Muniz), October (Sophia Bush) e Phineas (Jimmi Simpson) precisam descobrir, até porque a vida deles também está em risco.
