Μετά από τρεις ριψοκίνδυνες περιπέτειες στις οποίες κατατρόπωσε πανίσχυρους κακούς χάρη στο απαράμιλλο θάρρος του και τις απίστευτες δεξιότητες του στις πολεμικές τέχνες, ο Πο, γνωστός ως Δράκος Πολεμιστής, καλείται από τη μοίρα να χαλαρώσει λιγάκι. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, έχει έρθει η ώρα να αναλάβει τον ρόλο του πνευματικού ηγέτη στην Κοιλάδα της Ειρήνης.

Μάλιστα, ο Πο φαίνεται να είναι ο «Εκλεκτός» που θα πρέπει να αναμετρηθεί με το Απόλυτο Κακό, που δεν είναι άλλο από τη λευκή λεοπάρδαλη Τάι Λανγκ.

Ενώ ο Πο κι ο πατέρας του επισκέπτονται ένα μυστικό χωριό πάντα, ένα κακό πνεύμα απειλεί όλη την Κίνα, αναγκάζοντας τον Πο να συγκροτήσει έναν στρατό για να αντεπιτεθούν.
