If CA:TWS had just came out now it would have been suggested and maybe even assumed that it represented a benign take on the current Presidential results. Operation "Insight" was a hyper-aggressive militaristic attack on freedoms using information to eliminate threats. A stylized information hacking and propaganda placement of news targeted at those most vulnerable, along with a "Demagogue" using fear to subvert freedoms might just be playing out in real life.

The threat from within is always more successful than the obvious threat you see coming. Fictional character Armin Zola knew this to be true. Is the MCU ahead in relevancy topics? Does it really matter as it is only entertainment and not real socio-political commentary?
