Original title of that movie is wrong. "War" is the original title and "Rogue Assassin" should be an alternative english title. That's used in other languages too (like Finnish). User TopKek had changed it on February 3, 2017.

If you have movies in folders, add year to end of it's name: "War (2007)". I think you can add it to file name too. Scraper should be able to do search with y:2007 parameter. That does not get good results now when the title is incorrect. You could also try renaming your files to "Rogue Assassin (2007)". "The One (2001)" should also work.

I reset the original language as "War" and locked it. I've never used media centers/scrapers like Kodi so I can't help you there.
