I think it'll stay. There are many anime compilation movies that are already being allowed like the Demon Slayer Movies.

It actually says "We do not allow all kinds of professionally released episode compilations" and it goes on to list a few examples of compilations that are allowed so the sentence is saying we allow some kinds, but not all kinds, of professionally released episode compilations.

I think this might be ヴァイオレット・エヴァーガーデン 特別編集版 since it looks to be the only Violet Evergarden thing Netflix doesn't have yet.

It's a compilation of episodes 1, 3, 7, and 10 focusing on Violet's charms (rough translation) that aired on Nippon TV's Friday Roadshow on Oct. 29, 2021. This tweet from Netflix Japan says basically the same thing, though they spell it as 『特別総集版』instead of 『特別編集版』

As Supriyo said, there are Demon Slayer compilations but the TV only ones are set to video:true so I believe this is allowed as long as it's set to video:true.
