LOL That's pretty funny. Although it is true that parts of China do indeed eat dog, I often wondered where the rumor came from that when you got Chinese take-out here in the States people would quip that you were perhaps eating cat. Then I found an old article that some restaurant did indeed get busted butchering stray cats for meat. But I am sure that it was only that one place but the story passed into urban myth status to where even P.F. Chang's are suss.
