本集为SS电视加长特别篇（非剧场版），共三个故事：

一、华丽的变身！爱哭鬼小兔的成长记录；

二、天王遥与海王满外传；

三、小小兔的大冒险。

Een special van 50 minuten van de anime met drie mini-afleveringen.Het speelt kort na het begin van Sailor Moon SuperS en vond plaats in de verhaallijn direct nadat Usagi en Chibiusa hun nieuwe transformatie broches van Pegasus hadden ontvangen. Deze special bevatte een compilatie-aflevering die zich richtte op het verhaal van hoe Usagi Sailor Moon werd, een originele aflevering met de eerste verschijningen van Sailor Uranus en Sailor Neptune in dit seizoen, en een aflevering aangepast van het manga-zijverhaal 'Chibiusa's Picture Diary Chapter 1 - Beware of the Transfer Student').

A 50-minute special of the anime featuring three mini-episodes. It premiered shortly after the beginning of Sailor Moon SuperS and took place in the storyline directly after Usagi and Chibiusa received their new transformation brooches from Pegasus. This special included a compilation episode focusing on the story of how Usagi became Sailor Moon, an original episode featuring the first appearances of Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune in this season, and an episode adapted from the manga side-story "Chibiusa's Picture Diary Chapter 1 - Beware of the Transfer Student").
