The extraodinary Alicia Keys rocked the house on Friday (September 28) during her headline performance at the 28th date of the 2012 'iTunes Festival' held at The Roundhouse venue in London, England! During her over one hour long concert, the 31-year-old R&B diva performed a lot of her most classic hits, as well as a few new tracks; including her latest official single "Girl On Fire", the recently-debuted new cut "Not Even The King", but also AK wanted to treat her London fans with an exclusive, the 'world premiere' of a brand new track off "Girl On Fire" (the album), the stunning ballad "Brand New Me"

Alicia Keys is on fire! Momenteel is zij in Europa om haar vierde studioalbum ‘Girl On Fire’ en gelijknamige single te promoten. Zij bracht het podium in vuur en vlam met een optreden tijdens het iTunes Festival in Londen. De Grammy winnares bracht een aantal klassiekers zoals, ‘Fallin’, ‘A Woman’s Worth’ en een reggae versie van ‘You Dont Know My Name’ ten gehore. Maar het hoogtepunt van de ‘vurige’ show was toch het moment waarop zij een nog nooit eerder uitgebracht lied, afkomstig van haar gloednieuwe studioalbum, begon te zingen. Dat Alicia Keys zich kiplekker voelt en een nieuwe koers vaart, wordt met de track ‘Brand New Me’ meteen duidelijk. ‘Brand New Me’ is een track die Alicia Keys samen met de zangeres Emeli Sandé heeft geschreven. Emeli en Alicia hebben elkaar gevonden, want ook de track ‘Not even the king’ schreven zij samen.
