艾米什留下一张明信片就离开了，卢卡斯赶上第一班火车踏上了寻找女朋友的旅途。他按照明信片的地址来到了艾米什前男友的家中，发现她的前男友早已有了家庭。他告诉了卢卡斯艾米什的可能去向。与此同时艾米什一直在躲避卢卡斯，她的心中似乎一直藏着秘密。这对恋人最终还回得去当初吗？

The young Lucas shares a flat with her partner Eimish in Madrid. One day to buy a rose for her, which prevents her crossing the street when she left. When he gets home he finds a letter that says he is going to Germany. It is then that without a second thought, and acting for the first time in his life moved by impulse, decides to take the first train traveling to Berlin to try to convince his girlfriend to come back to his side. When he reach the city he will realize that she is not there, so he decides to take new direction to Verona (Italy). But things get worse in the adventure: she must stand up to certain situations in her past, and he will change his idea about family and love.

El joven Lucas comparte piso con su pareja Eimish, en Madrid. Un día se para a comprar una rosa para ella, lo que evita que se cruce con ella por la calle cuando se marchaba. Esta casualidad del destino le hace llegar a casa y encontrarse con una carta en la que dice que se va a Alemania. Es entonces cuando recordará una postal que tiempo atrás le envió el antiguo novio teutón de ésta, en la que ponía: "siempre habrá un lugar aquí para ti". Es entonces cuando sin pensárselo dos veces, y actuando por primera vez en su vida movido por sus impulsos, decide tomar el primer tren que viaja a Berlín para tratar de convencer a su novia de que vuelva a su lado. Cuando llegue a la ciudad se dará cuenta de que ella no está allí, por lo que decide emprender nuevo rumbo a Verona (Italia). Pero las cosas empeorarán en la aventura: ella debe plantar cara a ciertas situaciones de su pasado, y él deberá cambiar su idea sobre la familia y el amor.
