Does it ever explain how Dr. Hill is able to basically mesmerize people and get them to do what he wants? The mind control scenes are really creepy but seem kind of out of place. Its been a while since I've seen this but Im just wondering if its ever explained or elaborated on as to how he's able to do it or where the ability comes from.
