The redheaded stepchild of the MCU!
I liked Edward Norton's performance and his writing (he's not credited but he did a substantial rewrite). I almost wish that he had gotten his trilogy out of way before the MCU started but alas it was not to be.
William Hurt is always great and I'm glad they didn't forget about him in later MCU movies.
Tim Roth was also good and I'm looking forward to him returning in She-Hulk.
Liv Tyler was... Liv Tyler.
Kevin Feige moving what was obviously meant to be an end credit sequence with RDJ into the movie itself after seeing the success of Iron Man... And then showing it in TV spots! What a business man!
"Hulk... SMASH!!!"
It's a shame Universal having distribution rights means it's not on Disney+ and I had to find...ahem, other means.

You're going through these rather quickly, mister!
I agree with another of your statements: This is probably my least favorite of all the MCU films. They would develop the Hulk in interesting ways with later films, but in this, he's little more than a raging brute. His foe is even more boring.
