No secrecy like the early comics, TV series, 66 cartoon and 82 cartoon, it's bit of a stretch to have people not know since Banner can't control his transformations and this being the world of smartphones, Facebook and Twitter.
Every Hulk adaptation since the 96 cartoon has ignored the whole secrecy part and have everybody know which adds more drama and problems for Bruce Banner.
