Youssef is a hotshot anesthesiologist who often sleeps in his car for privacy. Laila is the careerist host of a late night radio call-in show. أحداث الفيلم تدور من خلال شخصية مذيعة في الراديو (ليلى)، تقدم برنامجا ليلياً ناجحاً تستمع فيه إلى أسرار الناس الذين يتصلون بها طالبين نصحها ومساعدتها في عدد من المشاكل، وفي ذات الوقت حياة طبيب شاب (عمرو واكد) يعاني في حياته من سئمتها، إلى أن تحدث صدفة يتعرف فيها على المذيعة و تبدأ بينهما علاقة لا تنتهي.
