Moved very, very, very slow and as very boring. It was not scary at all, not one bit.
In response to other comments about the masks, sets, etc: The sets looked like sets; it was almost like walking around a movie set and seeing the half-built sets. Everything else was over the top, like they went too far with the costumes, etc. The "horror"? None. The only things worth seeing were the fight scenes near the end, which had nothing to do with horror or ghosts. They were a little gruesome due to the effects used for people being stabbed in the face, etc.
It was funny seeing and hearing friends get grossed-out by those parts.
