No. It's motivated by hatred towards feminism. There is no reference to religion. There is no account of the killer being Muslim.

If the killer were Muslim there must have been some indication of him being Muslim in the film. Otherwise it would have been a glaring omission. None of the killer's writings had Muslim undertones. We never see him praying or wearing a skullcap throughout the film.

Furthermore, the whole wikipedia article you linked doesn't contain the words "muslim" or "islam". I have to raise an eyebrow at this.
