Smedley, directeur du "Snowtel" où Chilly Willy est en visite, remarque que Chilly n’a pas payé sa facture. Quand Chilly refuse toujours de payer, Smedley essaie différentes méthodes pour l’expulser mais toutes ses tentatives sont contrecarrées soit par Chilly soit par sa propre ineptie. Finalement, le scénario se termine par Smedley chassant Chilly dehors avec Chilly le piégeant dans la bouche d’une baleine.

Smedley, manager of the "Snowtel" where Chilly Willy is visiting, notices Chilly has not paid his bill. When Chilly still refuses to pay, Smedley tries various methods of evicting him but all his attempts are thwarted either by Chilly or his own ineptitude. Eventually, the scenario culminates in Smedley chasing Chilly outside with Chilly tricking him into running into a whale's mouth.
