I mean I doubt most people expected "Axel F" to be a masterpiece and just the fact that it's been, what, three decades since part 3 just screams desperate cash grab. It's the same crap we already saw with "Coming 2 America": the major characters from the previous movie(s) have been reduced to glorified cameos trying to cash in on nostalgia and Eddie Murphy doesn't even try to be funny anymore, but I assume the problem is that if he actually said something funny some consultant group would say it's problematic in this day and age and it'd be cut out from the movie. Have no fear though sure enough there is the stock standard strong independent woman with plenty of pointless screentime to bring the movie to a screeching halt at regular intervals. What else....once again we have a modern crappy movie lasting two hours for no reason so if and when you are bored and miserable watching it you can't even comfort yourself by telling yourself it's only 90 minutes you can make it.

I was going to download it but you saved me some time. I bet the movie is more propaganda than actual entertainment.

It's garbage through and through I can tell everyone that much. It all goes south pretty much right from the start. We have Axel's strong independent daughter whose life is threatened by the bad guys. The same bad guys who have zero issue killing anyone else, but for "some" reason just want to warn her. Right. Now nobody else besides Axel Foley seems interested in her well being and safety and he shows up to protect her, but because she is a strong independent woman who don't need no man we get to enjoy so much cringe worthy and terribly acted dialogue between father and daughter with daddy issues because that is just what the people wanted after 30 years. Also what is going on with Joseph Gordon Levitt? His face is all swollen up and it's like these hollywood stars either ruin their looks with plastic surgery or they apparently start a diet consisting of prednisolone tablets and yeast to end up with such a healthy puffy look.
