a bit moldy house? Why the rush, not enough budget to extend it for few more minutes? My rating for this movie dropped at that sudden idea from 5-6/10 to 4/10. First you should build the new shelter and then move and not go sleep outside to cold and rain with newborn from comfort of your house with one broken beam, I am sure they have plenty of rooms and it would be easier to build wall where roof collapsed than burning house down.

Also, is this typical American house, after 1-1.5 year without maintenance roof/beams will collapse? Because I can't imagine this happening in European houses, even those abandoned left alone can last decades without some serious collapse, so again WTF?

The ending was very rushed, I get it was supposed to be new start, raped girl gives goodbye to house bringing bad memories, yada yada yada, but it didn't make any sense at all.
