It sure does and the action is really stupid at times. "Hey lets jump out a window on the 20th floor into a fountain, that's certainly not going to kill us." Hey from that hight your body will only be crushed. Not to mention that the fountain pools are usually so deep that an adult can dive in them.
And what's with all the buildings blowing up at the end? How do buildings colapse this perfectly just because of a bit of fire?! And yeah it draaaags.
