To me it was the worst of the 3.
I really, really hated/hate Teresa. I didn't and don't get Thomas' affection for her. Maybe it's the actress too. Brenda was clearly the way to go for him.
Thomas is TOO good of a person. I also don't get that before he went into the Maze he was probably 100% okay with the trials and WCKDS cause. What happened in those 2 or 3 days that changed his mind? He had to have known what was going on in there already.. I feel like as much as I hate Teresa, her position at least made some sense.
I did really like the first 2.

yeah, this was pretty much a let down. Hollow plotting and an overly serious tone ruin it. I do really like Dylan O'Brien though. The kid is a born action star
I'm trying to go for an entertaining, informative youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see and if you have any thoughts or criticisms, i'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance. Review right here- https://youtu.be/rf0Ibe84N_E

I know I know...three posts asking about what happened to your account. Currently I'm catching up making comments about movies I've seen within this past 12 weeks and I know darn well I would have been greatly entertained by your videos in the meantime. I just hope in the situation of your account; it' not the worst case scenario.

It took me a little while to understand what was going on in this movie. I've seen the other in this series, but it's not like I've been following it closely. I thought the 2nd one with the revelation of zombies and realizing what was really going on, I was really excited for what I didn't know was the final (as far as I can tell) installment of this series. The action seemed really cool and the post apocalyptic look was refreshing from what I've been seeing at the drive-in this past couple months. Mostly I thought they did a very good job of wrapping things up (better than many sequels of many movies) such as the relationships between everyone, discovering a bit more about the villains and actually coming to what seems to me a real conclusion to the story. The only way I can think there could be a sequel is if their sanctuary beach is somehow invaded by anyone, zombie or villains.

Sequel? Thomas is stuck on an island with the cure. If they are really going to save mankind they will need to venture to somewhere with a lab and staff who know how to replicate it in quantity. The island can remain a place of safety until the cure can be given to all. Teresa broadcasted that Thomas was the cure to the entire city. People will be looking for him. Some of those people no doubt watched that giant transport leave WCKD. There’s still a lot to build on to make a sequel.

Now that you put it that way, why not? It just seemed final to me at the end of "Death Cure." According to IMDB; the worldwide gross seems more than what is needed for another sequel; so we'll see!

Also WCKD announced that the last city transport would leave in 38 minutes so that means they have more then one or many refuges large enough to hold all those people. So we still have WCKD employees and the leader of the rebellion who want that cure. The island inhabitants have a ship so they can go just about anywhere depending on how fuel or access to it.
