I really wanted to like it too, but was disappointed. It felt more like what Scary Movie was to Scream. Loved the blood and gore, but no suspense like 1&2 and was way too cheesy. Why can’t they get these films right?? At least it was better than AVP 1&2. 😕 I wondered what happened to the bad guy, then reading people’s comments realised he shot himself in the head with the shoulder gun. That was the worst editing ever. I just thought it went off and shot something else. Also what happened to the dog that ran towards them? Honestly, what a mess and it could have been so much better.

You thought 2 was suspenseful? LOL

It's got a C+ Cinemascore so you guys aren't alone. Audiences are giving it a big, "Meh!"

When you watch 2 as a kid, it is. It’s quite dark too. I really liked 2 but 1 will always be the best. The new film had jokes coming out left, right and centre. Wasn’t great. Really disappointed.

The next one will be PG-13 with little to no swearing and no blood. Since Disney is taking over.

I disagree with your comment about the super predator I felt he was intimidating but his death was pure garbage. I'd even say he was the best part of the movie along with tourettes guy.

I agree that the Super P looked the part, but he was soooo ineffective. In the original, the Predator took out a group of green berets AND Arnies elite team without so much as breaking a sweat. Even when they opened up Jesses gattling gun, Ponchos grenade launcher and some pretty impressive hardware to blow out half the jungle, they only managed to spill a handful of predator blood onto a leaf.

I managed to catch the bad guy's head blast within a blink of both my eyes. Even though I saw it without blinking or missing it.

yea all I remember seeing was both he and the woman looking shocked, so I thought he had shot someone else. Gosh that was really bad editing.

Crap editing I agree.

Completely bad. I initially thought he blew her head off. That would have been an unexpected death.

Also with the editing; it looked like they kept the scene in with the earth dog running towards the van by mistake. It served no purpose whatsoever thereafter. I'm guessing the dog was part of the original third act.

Agreed. It was a massive disappointment.

The movien had some good parts but then it just goes crazy and keeps getting stupider and stupider.

The ending with the killing suit was absolutely pathetic. It looked like it came from some kind of those crappy anime. Did they really think this was a good idea?!
