I've never heard or read an adequate explanation for the heart Okwe finds in the toilet. His friend, Guo Yi, offers a few suggestions, but none is serious. There's nothing said that explains why a botched nephrectomy would induce any so-called "doctor" to remove a "healthy"(per Okwe) heart from a corpse, let alone dispose of it down the toilet.
